Aggregate Recommendation Post 2.5 week stay: VIABLE Would I stay again: YES Seven story hotel but only has two washers and dryers, stairwells only exit to the exterior on the first floor & not the interior, only 2 elevators of which 1 currently working, have to walk through the pool if you plan on entering the building closest to rear (main) parking lot. Breakfast is delicious and the building is brand new otherwise. Cleaning services awesome and they do it every other day!! The staff is friendly, professional & responsive - only had a couple minor issues but they continue to be outweighed by the occasional personal touch.

Hotel was great. Not many vegetarian options for breakfast. I recommended smoothies or juices like I have seen at other Hilton locations.Not to worry the are many places to eat nearby or you can make something in your room just bring a burner. There is a walking trail nearby for those of us who like to get some exercise in. There are dishes and a dishwasher in the room so that was an added bonus. The hotel has a washers and dryers near the fitness room so i was able to get 2 things done at once. Staff was friendly, hotel was very clean, enjoyed the pool.The location is at the end of a plaza has something for everyone. There is also a kid friendly indoor play arena for kids next door as an added bonus. We will return next summer

Visited for the weekend and everything was amazing. Bathroom was clean and the room smelled fresh. There is a small kitchenette with skillet tops available upon request. The room also had a dishwasher, plates, cups and utensils. We had a minor complaint and the front desk fixed the issue within minutes. I really appreciated the prompt service. This hotel seems to be newer and is walking distance to the mall. If you are visiting the Shortpump area, look no further! Will definitely return.

Super nice lady on the front desk at check-in. Room was clean and spacious! Many fun amenities. Will stay again soon!

The staff here are really wonderful. Always greet their guests by their name. The breakfast staff will go the extra mile to put out quality meals every morning. Also very accommodating. They opened the breakfast bar early for me one morning because of my work schedule. Nothing but good words for the staff working in this hotel.

This hotel seems newer. It’s very clean. Friendly staff. Nice pool. Walking distance to the mall and restaurants. Rooms are spacious. The BEST breakfast of any Home2 we have stayed at. Always fresh, always a good selection. Kudos to the dining staff!

The Hilton website advertise no pets allowed at this hotel. Unfortunately this was not the case. During the post a quiet hours of the hotel. But another guest dog was whining for about an hour. The noise was very annoying and disrupted to me and my family stay. Unfortunate from now on, I will have to do a extra steps before booking a hotel. From now on, I will call the hotel directly to verify that no pets are allowed before booking. SMH Other than that, the hotel was a great place to stay, to include breakfast.
